Helen Hong Wang was born and grew up in China, obtained qualifications from the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine ( SHTCM) where she was awarded  the annual award for most outstanding performance in her studies. Following this she worked at Traditional Chinese Medicine department where she completed an internship. During the 7 years hospital work, she undertook extensive clinical training and mentoring, extended her studies and clinical skills. Helen has been featured in the large international interchange series “ Dictionary of World Outstanding Medicine Experts Talent Chinese Volume “ due to her outstanding skills and performance.

 

After migrating to Australia in December 2000 as an Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist, she set up and founded the Rainbow Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture and Massage Centre ( RCMAMC ) in March 2001 .

 

Within private practice at the clinic, Helen runs an acupuncture, herbal medicine and remedial massage therapy practices, and specialises in muscular skeletal conditions, nervous system, respiratory and digestive system, circulatory and reproductive system conditions. Integrates with different TCM techniques whilst treating patients, for example mirror-X , head skin, navel acupuncture-therapy, electrotherapy and herbal tea. Whilst specializing in treatments for pain relief, sprains and strains, headache / migraine, gynaecological disorders such as irregular menstruation and menopausal syndrome, male and female infertility, sciatica, sinusitis , insomnia , sexual dysfunction, allergies / asthma, weight loss, paralysis / numbness and stress / anxiety, chronic fatique syndrome and health maintenance.

John grew up in Shanghai, China where he developed skills and has over 10 years of experience as a supervisor in leadership and management roles in leading organization. His particular areas of expertise and interest are Leadership & Organization, ISO and R&D programs and Human Resources management.

 

Since he migrated to Australia in 2000, and started working as a massage therapist in TCM clinic in 2004 when he finished Diploma of Remedial Massage professional training course. John has a keen interest in remedial massagecomprising in spiritual growth and conscious bodywork  movement, specialises in muscles –skeletal pain release, posture corrective exercise and bodymind therapy, treating stiffness, tension muscles, tendons, frozen shoulder, muscular cramps, sports and dancing injuries, tennis elbow, joint dis-mobility conditions.

 

John comes from a family in which his father and wife are TCM doctors. He believes that every person lives in movement and his/her body is a world of movement in itself within themselves. Working with movement, the power to heal and change their lives. He see his role as facilitating the process that enables clients to engage with their authentic conscious to support healing and change, allowing client’s inner wisdom to emerge.
