In RCMAMC clinics, we believe that every visitor, and patients who have been received treatment, everyone should be able to take advantage of the wonderful therapeutic, stress relieving, disease release benefits of acupuncture, Chinese Medicine and massage therapies. This is because our therapists are in conformity with “Great Medicine & absolute sincerity” spirit, are committed to ensuring that every patient can receive the best treatment and reasonable, enjoy a caring and healing experience provided by professional practitioners and to release disease, to eliminate pain. If you have never visited RCMAMC clinic or have not been receiving a professional acupuncture, Chinese medicine or other treatment such as massage therapy. We believe that this would be helpful for you to know what to expect on your first visit.
Visit and consultation
Once you arrive at RCMAMC clinics, you will be asked to fill out a client information form. so TCM doctors and therapists have an overall understanding where you record any your medical history, past and present injuries and other diseases/ physical conditions. In the meantime, therapists will inquire you about your current physical conditions in accordance with records you provided and any specific areas in which you are experiencing pain or would like addressed during your treatment. Also, therapists check your posture and the other condition of your body to decide the appropriate treatment plan.
After the initial consultation and diagnosis, therapists will then take you to a peaceful treatment room where there is air conditioning, a comfortable massage table dressed with a warming blanket and crisp clean towels awaits.
During acupuncture or massage treatment process, if you need to take off some clothes, the therapists will prompt you, at the same time, your professional therapist will leave the room and wait outside while you disrobe. Once disrobed, you will lie on the massage table or sitting on chair under a towel provided. Your therapist will give you a few minutes for this process and will knock on the door to ask if you are ready before entering your room.
You will always be draped with towels during your treatment session and an additional blanket is available at your request. Your therapist will only uncover the part of the body they are working on, ensuring that your modesty is respected at all times.
Once your acupuncture or massage therapy session is completed, your therapist will leave the room so you may re-dress.
In this quiet and comfortable environment, it will be accompanying with relaxing music playing, unless you request otherwise, you will be physically and mentally relaxed, the pressure will be eliminated.
Your needs and treatment effectiveness first
In the course of treatment, the therapist will propose a best solution for your reference. Because some of the diseases for Chinese medicine treatment are better, some for acupuncture is better and some for massage is better; some combination of acupuncture and Chinese medicine or combination for acupuncture and massage are better. On the other hands, some people do not like bitter medicines, some people are afraid of needle pain, but also some people do not like massage, some people just need massage to relax the body and eliminate fatigue, some people like remedial massage for soft tissue injury rehabilitation, some people like both relaxation massage and remedial massage. So that, therapists will combine your physical and mental and physical conditions, integration of various treatments, the final decision on the best treatment to suit your needs.
Comfort to paradise and joy
